Unity. Paul uses the word unity to remind us and challenge us once again to set aside those things that divide us and focus on what we have in common - faith in Christ Jesus.

Sisters of the Spirit (SOS) was founded by Dr Ruddock who was has a passion for addressing the suffering and fragmentation of women in today’s society. Often times we become so involved in multitasking that we forget to seek the value in silence and in simply being. In the silence is when we are best able to hear the voice and guidance of GOD. However the externally imposed demands of society and the internally imposed demands of our “wants” and “musts” create an environment for inauthentic living where women are attempting to successfully assume the role of doing everything. Less importance is placed on self-care as we struggle to meet externally and internally imposed demands. Dr Ruddock’s personal experience and observations of similar phenomena in other women both professionally and personally created a drive to assist women to achieve and maintain spiritual, mental, emotional, physical balance. Sisters of the spirit is designed to be help for troubled times.

Our goal is to utilize a multidisciplinary approach to provide comprehensive care to women across the developmental spectrum irrespective of Social Economic Status.
