Welcome. At Sisters of the Spirit it is our goal to create a comforting space where women assist each other to identify and advance their career goals. It is a space where we meet to address mutual concerns, exchange ideas and resources, successes and failures and provide moral and emotional support. It is our goal to create an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie that promotes lasting friendships and a forum for professional development. Members utilize unique skills to enhance each other lives and strive to assist women to create and maintain psychological, spiritual, emotional and physical balance. At Sisters of the Spirit we are committed to minimizing the sense of isolation that can be part of being a woman striving to create and maintain a successful business.

At Sisters of the Spirit  we strive to create a welcoming space that allows you to incorporate the peace of CHRIST that surpasses all understanding. We do not promise an end to life’s storms. Instead it is our goal to provide a tools and a helping hand to weather the storms. At SOS it is our goal to treat everyone with respect and dignity. We strive to increase women’s awareness that we do need each other and working together instead of competing with each other will helps us to better achieve individual and as a group.

Growing up girls aren’t really encouraged to participate in activities (team sports) that foster a sense of cooperation and team building. Women are also encouraged to compete for most popular, prettiest etc.  As women we transfer this way of thinking and this is detrimental to us because our lack of unity and undermining of each other limits out progress both as individuals and as a group. However women are becoming increasingly aware of the need to nurture and support each other both personally and professionally. SOS strives to further this perspective of unity.
